BOOK REPORT.......

Justice in Gray - David M. Payne

Product Description(Back Cover)

Often judges, prosecutors and even jurors see criminal law as black and white-- he either did it or did not do it; he is either guilty or not guilty. I see cases in which the defendant is clearly guilty or not guilty, but I also see a lot of gray. This book, based on actual trials, contains examples of those gray cases.

MY THOUGHTS:  This is the second book for this author.  David Payne is a local attorney.  His first book....Murder on Gallitain Street was really good, enjoyed reading a little history about my home town.  This second book is about the Gray Areas of the law.  David gives you several cases that he has tried and the results.....with questions for you if you were on the jury.  Very interesting.....As far as I know neither of the books are on Amazon.  The only way to get them is through the Attorney's Office or a local store is carrying Justice in Gray.  Our local library has Murder on Gallitain Street.  I give this book 5.....

This book is for 1 of my reading challenges.....
